Ledgerline provides end-to-end digital invoicing services for businesses required to report sales tax invoices electronically to FBR — setup, integration, staff training, and ongoing support through a licensed FBR digital invoicing integrator.
What it does
Generates FBR-compliant digital invoices — B2B and B2C — with a valid Invoice Reference Number (IRN) and QR code on each invoice
Reports every sales invoice to FBR's IRIS system in real time through a licensed integrator
Annual billing saves PKR 5,000 against the monthly rate (PKR 30,000/year equivalent). Installation & integration is a one-time charge, billed separately from the subscription.
Payment Terms: One-time setup, PRAL integration and implementation charges of PKR 50,000 are payable 100% in advance. The annual software subscription fee of PKR 25,000 is payable in advance for each subscription year.
Customer Data & Information: The customer shall provide complete, accurate and updated information, including customer details, product information, specifications, applicable HS/PCT codes and other data required for configuration and invoicing.
Scope of Services: The quotation covers the features and services specifically listed in this quotation. Any additional customization, integration, special report, module or functionality outside the agreed scope will be quoted and charged separately.
FBR / PRAL Compliance: A1 MOBI SOFT provides the software and integration functionality for digital invoicing. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of the information entered or approved before submission.
Invoice Submission & Post-Posting Responsibility: Once an invoice has been successfully posted/submitted to the FBR/PRAL portal, A1 MOBI SOFT shall not be responsible for any rejection, amendment, cancellation, delay, penalty, tax liability or other consequence arising from incorrect customer data, product classification, HS/PCT code, tax treatment, user input, subsequent changes in FBR/PRAL requirements, or issues attributable to the customer or government portal.
Government Portal Availability: Submission and posting are subject to the availability, response and technical requirements of FBR/PRAL and related government systems. Delays or interruptions caused by government portals, internet connectivity or third-party services are outside the control of A1 MOBI SOFT.
User Credentials & Security: Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized persons. The customer is responsible for safeguarding its username and password and for all activity carried out through its authorized account.
Data Accuracy & Verification: The customer shall review and verify invoices, customer records, product details, tax rates and other information before final submission. Approval or posting by the customer will be treated as confirmation of the information submitted.
Support & Maintenance: Routine software support is limited to the agreed system functionality. Changes required due to amendments in FBR/PRAL procedures, government regulations or third-party integration requirements may require additional configuration or charges where applicable.
Subscription Renewal: Annual subscription fees are payable in advance on renewal. Continued access and services are subject to timely renewal and payment.
Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable government taxes, duties or levies, if any, unless expressly stated otherwise in this quotation.
Confidentiality: Both parties shall use reasonable measures to protect confidential business, financial, customer and system information obtained in connection with the services.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, A1 MOBI SOFT shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or business losses arising from use of the software, government portal downtime, internet failure, incorrect data or unauthorized account access.
Acceptance: Confirmation of the quotation, payment of the applicable charges, or commencement of implementation shall constitute acceptance of these commercial terms and conditions.
Validity: This quotation is valid for 15 days from the quotation date and is subject to availability of the quoted services and applicable commercial terms at the time of acceptance.
