Security Positioning Statement

Ledgerline Solutions handles client financial, tax and invoicing information as part of our services. This statement outlines our general approach to protecting that information.

Website security

• ledgerline.pk is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
• Contact form submissions are delivered through a secure email service rather than stored openly on the website.

Digital invoicing & FBR integration

• Digital invoicing data is transmitted directly between the invoicing system and FBR's IRIS system through a licensed integrator, using secure API-based submission.
• Ledgerline does not retain invoice data longer than necessary to deliver and support the service.

Access & credentials

• Access to client records is limited to the staff directly handling that engagement.
• Login credentials for any client portal (including third-party digital invoicing platforms) are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized persons. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own username and password.
