These general terms govern your use of the ledgerline.pk website and your engagement of services from Ledgerline Solutions. Specific pricing quotations (such as our Digital Invoicing Software quotation) carry their own commercial terms, which apply alongside these.
Content on this website is for general information about our services and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice for your specific circumstances. Formal advice is provided only within a defined client engagement.
Bookkeeping, audit support, sales tax/IRIS filing, ERP/POS implementation, digital invoicing, and training services are provided under a scope agreed with you before work begins. Work outside that agreed scope is quoted and charged separately.
Fees are as quoted for your engagement. Where a service (such as digital invoicing) has its own published quotation and payment terms, those terms apply to that service.
Some services rely on third-party or government systems (including FBR/IRIS, PRAL, and licensed digital invoicing integrators). Availability, response times, and requirements of those systems are outside our control.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information needed to deliver our services, and for reviewing outputs (such as invoices and filings) before they are submitted or relied upon.
Both parties will take reasonable measures to protect confidential business, financial, and system information shared in connection with our services.
To the extent permitted by law, Ledgerline Solutions is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client, or from the unavailability of third-party or government systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on ledgerline.pk is the current one.
Questions about these terms can be sent to salabat@ledgerline.pk.
